If anything is backordered and will be delayed, we will inform you immediately so we can either hold your order until material arrives, exchange for another color or item, or give a full refund for your purchase.
Returns and Exchanges:
If at any time within 14 days of receiving your items, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your items for any other items; or if you prefer, you may return them with a 20% re-stocking fee. This is mainly because our clothing sells so fast that we will often have completely new inventory within a month period.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for full refund or exchange.
Packages must be returned prepaid. We will only refund shipping charges if we are responsible for sending the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you need to send the item back to us along with a prepaid package, so it may be return to you.
